Nah, BioWare own the Mass Effect name and are now a subsidiary of EA. And EA never release exclusives, I'm sure ME2 and 3 will be PS3 and 360 same day.

They made Skate. That's a good recent example.

Saying Activision hasn't made good games is a bit silly. They got Neversoft to make Pro Skater 2, which is a damn classic despite what the series has become. I would say the same thing about the original Call of Duty.

That's all I can think of for either company at the moment.


Also Spore and Rock Band (well, they distributed it)

The player customization and band world tour mode are pretty shit though. I mean it would be better to have them than not obviously, but all I've really played for the last few months is band quicklplay mode.

I want a 50 Cent game made by a half decent developer. An Infinity Ward or Bungie would be great, but even like Gearbox or something. I dunno, a game with that kind of humor and actually good mechanics would be fantastic.

Turns out I was talking out of my ass here. Swordfish Studios are making it, who have made two rugby games, a cricket game and Cold Winter for PS2, which apparently got good reviews. Anyone played it?

EGM isn't doing a review of MGS4 because of the restrictions Konami put on what reviewers could say (reportedly long cutscenes, install time). They've actually been really good about this shit, unlike every other big publication and website - they bitched out Ubisoft and a couple others about pulling ads and exclusive previews/reviews late last year and actually stopped dealing with them like that, even thought it meant they weren't sent review copies of games.

Microsoft just had a JPRG event

The Last Remnant is going to be released worldwide "this winter" first on 360, later on PS3

Infinite Undiscovery (lol) hits everywhere in early September

Tales of Vesperia August 7 in Japan

Star Ocean 4 was announced for 360 with no mention of a PS3 version (when it was originally announced no platforms were mentioned), but this was a Microsoft event and they didn't say it was exclusive so yeah

It's coming out next year and it looks like this
