Thinking about it for another moment I realized one potential draw for consumers: I bet any OG Xbox games released this way will have some achievements tacked on.
Okay that's not much but it's basically the only incentive I can think of unless the games are otherwise improved for XBLA release. |
Ah oh God, I'm hoping for Halo CE online play. This will never, ever happen, but I've never had problems setting myself up for disappointment in the past.
At least it will be perfectly emulated now. Probably. |

How would you play Goldeneye with a 360 controller? Just as importantly, why would you do it?
I'm imagining the XBLA port as hideously shiny and awkwardly controllable. |

play TimeSplitters to find out how you would play Goldeneye on a real controller. |
I hope they'd completely steal that control scheme, but I don't think they would.
But yeah, Timesplitters (2) updated Goldeneye well enough, and a 360 port would be pillaging a grave. I played the original a week ago and it was better left alone. |

| Are you joking? That's brilliant! Like seriously, I want to do that. I just hope there's rappers in off-road vehicles. |

Another thing we're introducing into the game is driving. There will be certain sequences in the game where 50 will be driving a Humvee-type vehicle—
...
But as 50, you'll be chased or be chasing somebody at high speed, as well as with an AI or co-op guy manning a turret in the back of the Humvee, shooting at guys coming up from behind. So that's driving. But we also have flying in the game.
...
Well, when you have a gun in-hand and you negotiate with the pilot, the pilot will do anything for you. Basically, 50 takes over a helicopter via a gun to the pilot's head and 50's manning a turret, raining death from above into this forsaken, war-torn area. It looks fantastic.
...
Basically, during the game, you play as 50 by default. If a friend wants to join in, they can – it doesn't matter where you are in the game. You can select your favourite G-Unit member from Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo or DJ Whoo Kid. Then they drop into the game as that particular character and they fight alongside 50. |

Ok yeah, this is my dream game. But I'm not buying it no matter how good it is. |
