I hear rumors that it may actually get an android port. Fingers crossed.
Seems like a bad idea. All of the devs in St. Louis who make mobile games have had the Android version sell far less than 10% as many copies as their iOS versions and have had enormous amounts of piracy. From what I hear, that's pretty representative of the larger market as well. For Ridiculous Fishing to be worth the port cost on Android they would likely have to change it from a premium priced game to a free to play one, and that seems in opposition to their design ethics.

oh, cool, Pikmin 3 actually came out
I finished it last night! It was truly excellent with only one real issue. Seriously excellent. I literally wore the Wii U gamepad batteries out every night I played it because I couldn't put it down.
My problem is that even though I spent a good 10 or 12 hours with it, the game still felt short. The problem is that the narrative doesn't have an arc - it just has events that happen, and by the end it feels like you're in the middle of a story rather than the end. It was great while it lasted, but left me feeling like I wanted more. Even though I conceptually detest the idea of DLC I'm hoping that Nintendo might drop some that makes the storyline feel more complete.

Why are all of you WATCHING people play it? Doesn't this one have co-op?
Pretty sure it has it co-op for missions but not for story mode. Anyway, yeah there are no dungeons. Part 3 is much closer to Pikmin 1, but with more bosses.

I tolerated it until the final boss, but wasn't able to even make a dent in him so I gave up.
I beat Fantasy Life today! It's a game that knows what it wants to be and is content sacrificing perfect design for that goal. I enjoyed it a lot.
