some of these are very tantalizing, but would you mind listing details whether you have the CD case/manual? Unless your collection is remarkably well tended.

I dunno, is it? I'm horrible at knowing the value of old games. I mean, I'm not gonna take $10 for it, but I'm not going to ask for exhorbitant amounts of cash. It's only a video game.

Also, dais, they're all in original cases with manuals intact with little to no damage on any of the components. Actually, I bought Threads of Fate used and I remember it had the manual cover but the actual contents were gone. I can always provide pics of you'd like.

Some nice stuff you have for sale, Moogs. I'm probably too cheap for some of these, though. Let's see what some of these are worth...
  • Legend of Mana is worth anywhere from $35 (Amazon) to $50 (eBay).
  • Brave Fencer Musashi is worth $45, on average.
  • Front Mission 3 is worth about $23.
  • Einhander is worth at least $60.
  • Rhapsody is about $45.
  • Star Ocean: The Second Story is about $35.
  • Tales of Destiny is worth at least $80. o_O
  • Valkyrie Profile is worth... a lot. o_O At least $95, despite the existence of the PSP port.
  • Wild Arms is at least $25.
  • Threads of Fate is at least $35.

My PS3 may be dying (in the shop for a second time in a month) so there is a good chance I will have a Japanese PS2-PS1 games extravaganza soon.

I didn't even get the chance to play Kuma Uta ;_; guys if you buy my kuma uta can I come over to your house and play it?

I totally like it!! I'm just trying to move to another country and I need to get rid of big things.

In light of that, Atlus GBA games (all complete in original box, manual):

Summon Night: Swordcraft Story
Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2
Super Robot Taisen Original Generation
Yggdra Union (sealed)

I take really good care of my stuff. Get it here before I ebay or put it on amazon marketplace. I won't price gouge y'all.

Will post other stuff periodically!

Does anyone desire:

A white Xbox 360 + 250GB HDD + WiFi Adaptor + Controller

I will leave my gamertag on it, and I think as long as you don't delete it you can play the following games:

Radiant Silvergun
Guardian Heroes
Castle Crashers
Bionic Commando Rearmed
Shadow Complex

EDIT: You also get:

REZ HD
Bastion

Everything is lightly used, in nice condition. It will come to you in the original box.

If you pay me $40 I'll give you Mass Effect 1-3 with it, and whatever else I have sitting around. These have manuals and boxes and everything and they are also nice, condition-wise.

Grand sale! Grand sale!

(with DS, GBA, and GB to come)

I'll probably only leave them here for a week or two then EBay the leftovers

I'll also probably just in a gashapon, or magazine, or some silly videogame thing with every purchase.

Gamecube

Everything in lovely condition.

Spice Gamecube with Spice GB Player, 3 controllers (spice, black, indigo), power cords for both Japan and Australia (so you'll just need a simple adaptor if you're in NA or EU), GBA link cable, a bunch of official memory cards. There're also two of those nice hori-made GB Player controllers, though I might keep one of them.

Freeloader

Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes
Resident Evil
Metroid Prime
Viewtiful Joe

Waverace Blue Storm
1080 Avalanche

Donkey Konga 1
Donkey Konga 2,3 + Bongos pack

I may add more later.

There's a gun here somewhere, too.

By chance would anyone here be interested in a pretty fantastic Neo Geo AES collection with 39 games? The pride of my gaming collection, but I might be moving to Europe from the US for work and just can't bring it with me, and I'm not too keen on storing. If I don't move I'd keep the stuff.

Given the value of this stuff on the Neo collector's market, this isn't going to be a cheap lot. But if a SB person is interested I'd give you a good deal and throw in as much free stuff (hardware and accessories) as I could rationalize. May even be able to hand-deliver it for free if you're in the western half of the US (or Vancouver BC area), planning a road trip soon anyway.

Games include entire AES series of: King of Fighters ('94-2003), Samurai Shodown (1-5 and 5 Special US version), Fatal Fury (FF1-3 & Special, RB/RBS/RB2, Garou), Last Blade (LB1&2), and Art of Fighting (AoF1-3). Also SVC Chaos, Rage of the Dragons, Matrimelee, Double Dragon, World Heroes Perfect, Kabuki Klash, Fighters History Dynamite, Crossed Swords, Eightman, Cyberlip.

Games are all Japan versions, except Samurai Shodown V Special (USA SNK "fixed" version). All have cases, all but Garou have instructions. Condition ranges from very good to near mint, except that a few of the older games in old style cases have more significant wear (kinda par for the course for old Neo cases though).

Hardware includes modded (s-video, component, stereo) AES console, and could even throw in a spare console. Various controllers: really nice wood stick with full Sanwa parts (from Analogue Interactive, an OG style arcade stick, SNK "pro" style stick controller, NGCD pad. SNK memory card.

Jesus fuck, firenze. What are you looking to get for the entire thing? It's almost morbid curiosity rather than interest; I don't think I can afford that beautiful collection (as much as I'd want it).

Well, the neo-geo.com price guides place the games at a range of about $4900 to $6300. Those haven't been updated in a while though and some of the more desirable games have probably increased in value if you're talking price you can realistically expect to pay if you find them for sale today.

But yeah, if someone was insane enough to want to grab the whole lot I'd probably look toward the low end of that value and basically throw the hardware in as a bonus, just for the ease of doing it all in one shot. Otherwise I guess I'd break up some of the most valuable games to sell individually, sell others in lots if possible or put em up on ebay.

The big guns are:
SSV Special US (easily $500+ these days)

Rage of the Dragons (ng.com guides say $300ish but I think that's way out of date, realistically this is a much more rare game and if it ever sells today it's probably more like $600+)

KOF 2003 and Garou ($300+ each, though my Garou is without instructions cause I bought a cheaper copy to actually play. Once upon a time when Garou was new I bought a cart for like $550, played the shit out of it for about 6 months, then sold it for a $75 profit when I had to pay tuition for school.)
