Sounds like it, at least. For what it's worth, I went by the store update posts on the Playstation blog in their respective languages here and only did an actual check-up on the German and Austrian stores. My experience tells me that publishing for those both stores seems to be the same process, with the exception of the occasional USK-18-rated game or demo that only shows up on the Austrian one.
