My PS3 has, to some degree or another, supported pretty much any USB controller I've thrown at it. I've been able to hook up an old flightstick via gameport->USB converter to play After Burner Climax, and it works beautifully. Meanwhile on the 360 anything that isn't an officially licensed Xbox 360 peripheral simply will not work at all.
Buying an Xbone used shouldn't be a problem, Ronnoc. Unlike Nintendo, MS lets you more or less freely transfer XBL accounts between consoles. Games are tied to your XBL account, not your physical console. |

| Well, for what it's worth they didn't actually remove the functionality. You can't buy new memory cards (nor would you really want to), but the ones you own still work as fine as they ever did. |
