I'd almost push you into looking at Heather Mason, the protagonist from Silent Hill 3, as an addition. The horror genre is kind of missing an entry although SH3 came out in 2003 which you already have Jade, another competent protagonist with a relate-able personality and Lyndis from Fire Emblem.
