I'll pick up a PS4 somewhere down the line once there are some more compelling games for it. I don't think the system will interest me much until Japanese dev support ramps up which wont be for a while because the system isn't launching until next year there.

I wanted to play DR3 too but then came the quote about them "going for the Call Of Duty audience" and that was that. Also it will inevitably be ported to PS4 with enhancements so I'd rather wait for that if I'm gonna play it at all.

I don't really regret buying my PS4 as much as I thought I would. Some thoughts:

-Killzone: Shadowfall is a really mediocre game. There are a lot of really good parts with a lot of really bad parts. Every time you get to experience a cool action set piece(which is all I ask of an FPS campaign) you have to play through a tedious environment puzzle or free fall thingy. Doesn't help that the story takes itself way too seriously, which is typical of these games but annoying nonetheless.

-Thief PS4 is alright. Not sure how it stacks up to the previous Thief games but for a stealth game it satisfies me. There's some dumb supernatural shit going on with the plot but I don't mind because the game sticks to stealth which is what I want from it.

-Resogun is fun but kinda like this generation's Fantavision.

-The share button is a feature I didn't know I wanted in the system until I got to use it.

So yeah. Can't wait for Infamous and Ground Zeroes. Game with your heart, not with your mind.
