For some reason, I thought that the shell that Mikado sits on was the dome created by the protagonist of SMT1 or 2 to stop ICBMs from blowing up Tokyo, is that a thing that happened? And that the Infernal and Blasted timelines were born out of SMT1 or 2's chaos and law endings?
