Join me in the Finnish wilderness. UnReal World is a roguelike which eschews the usual dungeon crawl for an Iron Age Finland rendered roguelike. It's basically that survival rpg from Cryptonomicon realized. Fell a tree, go ice fishing, smoke meat from the villager you killed, or do anything else necessary to survive. If I have one complaint about the game per se, and I do, it's that the game offers only a Walden experience when I think most players want the full Ted Kaczynski. You have to trade with villagers in order to get several useful items, and nobody's fantasy of Iron Age wilderness survival centers on cooperation and commerce. Luckily, there are mods which allow players to get off the grid.
