and, Dracko, when it's not a sequel it's a property invented to round out a publisher or platform holder's 'software portfolio', like shuffling out another DOTA-like that is completely indistinguishable from any of the other DOTA-likes.

it's a given that expecting 'innovation' from the AAA is foolish, but the degree to which many of the games I saw today completely lack an identity is astounding
