Legend of Dragoon is rancid shit, but Wild Arms 1 is fun enough, and has one of videogames' best soundtracks.

Dyad wears out its welcome real fast and is not nearly as Space Giraffe as it wants to be.

I only ever played the first one, back when it came out. I think the field/sprite art is rather pretty. The 3D battle models are hideous but kind of charming in a "they really didn't know how to use 3D yet did they" way. As a story it's a bunch of JRPG nonsense but somehow it is inoffensive rather than insufferable.

And it has the greatest soundtrack.
