I know this is a NeoGAF kind of post, but thought it would be fun....
The world ends in 3 days.
What would be the last game you would want to play? _________________ http://www.iamthefourth.com/ |

it might be hard to finish it in three days, but what the hell, you could do worse! _________________

Probably Super Turbo. I've never really been good at it, but it's easy to get into, for End of The World Tournament Parties. _________________

| Katamari or, if I didn't have anything else to do in those 3 days (which is kind of absurd -- even if I were locked in a cell I'd probably want more time with my thoughts, but eh, whatever), Mother 3. |

Yeah I'd almost certainly have to give the inevitable SBIC answer of "none" but that wouldn't really be in the spirit of the thing.
Mother 3 is a damn fine choice. Hard to think of a better one, really.

I'd give Super Mario Bros. 3 a final run through. At least the first world. _________________

I'm don't think I would be playing games?
Assuming I somehow had time though, I would play Chrono Trigger. My personal favorite game. _________________

Super Turbo. Ryu mirrors (O. Ryu allowed) only.

I think about this a lot. I want to be able to play Tetris on my deathbed. _________________

Thinking about this is making me realize how apathetic/unpassionate towards vidcons I've become (and I don't really consider that too much of a bad thing, now that I think about it).
Right now, playing a fighting game (Smash Bros) with my friends sounds the most appealing. I mean, if it were the end of the world, the last thing I would want to do is spend the majority of my time alone. |

| I would probably want to play something that I could have a hilarious time playing with friends. Admittedly that could be nearly anything. Maybe Monkey Target mode from Super Monkey Ball. |

If I had to play something maybe the world resurrecting start part of Terranigma. Or Link's Awakening.
Or, hold up, Majora's Mask would be perfect. |

Yeah, none is pretty much the real answer, but considering I had to play one:
If I were with buddies (the ones who play videogames), Vendetta.
If I were alone... I don't know. Nier seems appropriate, but would also depress me immensely. Can't think of a better game to deal with the acceptance of death than Mother 3. _________________

I might have to go with Star Fox 64.
Noby Noby and Mother 3 were close runner-ups. Or Rez.
But one last play-through of Star Fox 64, saving the galaxy and doing barrel rolls with my friendly animal cadets would be just a blast to go out on. _________________ http://www.iamthefourth.com/ |

i would not be playing videogames.
but my "end of the world plan" is to throw the biggest, best party ever and im sure we'll have some kinda party games on for that. so probably its SUPER SMASH BROS.
if i were isolated for some godawful reason though id probably beat earthbound one last time. i mean its my favorite videogame what else am i gonna choose |

it's not like you have to beat a game, right? Technically, just playing 30ish minutes in three days should be possible … so I think that I'd play something anyway, to relax and have a good time. Not necessarily to the end though. _________________

If the world was ending in three days I'd try to avert disaster by enslaving demons and crushing fate's hand with the might of my will.
Barring actual existence of demons I guess Nocturne or some other SMT game. _________________

I just booted up Noby Noby Boy this weekend. Its been months since I've checked it out.
And it had me thinking: Great way to go out is playing Noby Noby Boy, with all of its amazing soundtrack, and Pluto is finally unlocked, and get to play around on the new planet right before the world ends.
That would be beautiful. _________________ http://www.iamthefourth.com/ |
