if you're going off the LPCM thing, that's just how the PS3 can send audio to a receiver. odds are good that the only non-LPCM codec the game supports is DD, which the PS3 probably has to mix from anyway, so even if the assets were loseless, the mix isn't.
by this metric, every Wii U games has loseless audio as well since it only does 5.1 over LPCM
