I happened across this game on the Google Play store the other day. It's essentially a "Make a Mario level" game for phones. You can upload levels to it's website and download levels from your phone just by entering the level's URL or clicking its picture on the website. Every time you access the web page it just gives you a random set of levels to choose from and from within the game you can also opt to play a completely random level from the website.

The arbitrary level selection and small scope of most levels makes the game easily played for a few minutes just to see what stuff someone has come up with. I've encountered a level that you have to navigate both horizontally and vertically entirely by bouncing off bullet bills and some Super Meat Boy style spike hells. I also played an intricately designed level that could be entirely bypassed by walking straight forward the moment the level starts.
