Also apparently that Backwards compatibility process is up to developers. Ed Boon tweeted out he's already started the process to get MK9 and Injustice up. I'd say we're SOL for removed games like Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 or Outrun Arcade though :(

speaking of that, this is the list of early access backwards compatible games:

If you don't like rare you will be disappointed. I imagine the list of one hundred will be similarly disappointing. This is going to be x-box on 360 backwards compatibility all over again.

It will only be available for Dashboard preview members as well till December when it officially launches.
I have almost all of those games on that list and I'm in the Dash Preview. Will report later when the update goes up.

I haven't seen any press or any of E3, nor will I, but on principle and as a general fan of the series I can't imagine a more useless game than a Mass Effect 4.
