| So the Mac version of Safari 3 beta is crazy fast. |
Yes. Yes.
This is weird. How the fuck did they do this? I mean, it feels twice as fast as Firefox. Seriously. Man. I never used Safari before, though I guess I have to, now!
Also, I use Azureus for torrents and CyberDuck for FTP.
CyberDuck is the best! Give it a shot. _________________

JUst posting to say that I've finally gotten iChat up and running, after owning this computer for over six months.
Yay!
Kappuru, please confirm that yours is the MBP with the LED screen?
i'm cleaning up my computer right here and now. getting rid of some shit. i currently have THREE (three!) icons on my desktop, for example.
anyway, hey! can we talk about widgets? why doesn't the weather widget work for tokyo? i'm not even kidding when i say i reallllllllly wish it did.
did you guys see all the leopard sneak preview stuff? man, being able to turn any piece of a website into a dashboard widget sounds kind of iffy on paper, though when you really think about it, it's kind of cool! you can just go into the widget maker and drag and drop a rectangular line around the first review on actionbutton.net -- picture, text, and all -- and that will become a widget, updated in real-time, with the links clickable and everything.
that's web three point oh kids
right legal step???? _________________

Strange. I just set the weather widget to "Tokyo, Japan(Tokyo)" and it says it's 75°F over there. |
shit!
it works now!
it did NOT work last time i checked -- some three months ago.
good job apple, then! _________________
