so
there's this kinda really hot girl who's been messaging me on okcupid for the past few months. we had seen each other at bars and stuff but never really talked to each other, I guess cause we were both squeamish about actually meeting people in real life. anyway, night before last she AIMS me and we chat for awhile and e-hit it off rather splendidly, and we exchange cell phone numbers. we set up a date to go junkin' and thriftin' this morning. last night I ran into her at a show and actually like, talked to her. it was a little awkward but mostly because I have terrible hearing and cannot make good conversation at loud rock shows. but despite that it went pretty well and we exchanged witty banter and all that. anyway I call her this morning and she says that she's really sick and hungover and blah blah blah and can't make it but I should really call her tomorrow if I want to hang out.
so, which is more likely? is she telling the truth, did she get cold feet, or is she just really wishy washy? or did I somehow creep her out so bad last night that she didn't want to spend an hour with me at a garage sale?
I mean, she sounded sick...
and either way, what is the best way to respond to this situation?
