Dhex gave me that link in his thread on the Gamer's Quarter. It works with phpBB. You have to have Greasemonkey installed, and when last I checked it doesn't work with version 2+ of Firefox, which makes it useless for me.
I've found my desire to put people on mute significantly reduced since I started going to the Gamer's Quarter forums regularly, though, so it's not so much of a loss.
