it looks like I'll be taking a trip up there soon. it may be more practical for me to fly up there but only if I can crash at someone's house.

Does anyone live there and if so would you be willing to put me up for a night or two?

My parents have a house in Milwaukee. I have an apartment in Madison. But neither of those places is Chicago. Maybe Chicago suburbs if you're one of those people.
