To appreciate the Kings of Leon.

critics love their album, drunk critics most likely

Still it was kind of listenable. I used that album as the soundtrack to sampling of Single Barrel Jack. It's not awesome whiskey, but it was on sale.

Winker are you usually under the influence when you listen to them? One magazine compared them to the Pixies, and I got all pissed, but it made want to hear them. I need to hear more. I might purchase the second album.

Itunes slapped EXPLICIT over every track on that.

Man I heard their record on the other night at some bar and I was like "man what the fuck is this watered down pixies ripoff" and I asked the bartender and she said "kings of leon" and I was like "wtf I thought they were a southern rock band."

The moral of the story is the kings of leon suck and they totally cut their clothes to fit this year's fashion. Lillian Hellman would not approve.

Every time I hear about Kings of Leon, I'm kind of happy about it because they've got this nice Simon & Garfunklesque thing going on, and the world could use more peaceful mellow pop.

Invariably it take me a while to realize that I'm thinking of Kings of Convenience, and I've never heard Kings of Leon at all.
