in the airforce, we get july 4th and 5th off.
I celebrated with a bunch of people on the rooftop of an apartment building. I drank 2/3 of a large bottle of jagger, and fell in love with a 30 year old hispanic girl whom I figured to be about 25.
fireworks are very illegal in anchorage, and we have about 20 hours of daylight right now, so there wasn't much to look at.
my home town has a city firework show that gets better every year. this is the first year in my life that I was not able to see it. |
