Is anyone here with a NeoGAF account willing to start a thread there linking my arcade culture article?

I do have an account there, but I've only made a dozen posts or so, and besides for obvious reasons it would be unwise of me to start the thread myself. I don't want to get caught up in another week-long 10-page thread, basically, let alone get beaten to death, assraped and banned.

But someone else could simply link it and then wash their hands off it...

Anyways, I'd greatly appreciate it if someone did this.

What is the deal with gaf/neogaf? Seems like a bunch of folks have history there, and I've never heard good things. My only experience with them was seeing those wonderful banned message sigs ("post this on the insert credit forums. Ban lifted: never") I still love those sigs.

I have a NeoGAF account, I even signed in just yesterday! I don't know about starting a thread though, I doubt I even have the ability since I don't post there at all. It'd be weird too, trying to do it in a way that didn't seem like blatant advertising (schild? are you there, schild?).

I had registered an Pikachu account at the GAF years and years ago, and my very first thread (which, incidentally, was also my very first post -- they didn't have any requirements for starting threads back then) was called "Respect the English language, please?".

Two hours and a dozen posts later I was banned.

So sometime last year I registered an account called "adoniszero" in order to be able to search the forums for scans (if you don't have an account you can't use the search tool).

So yeah, I basically would have started an "arcade culture" thread with the adoniszero account -- pretending that I was in no way related with the article's author -- if I wasn't 100% sure that some asshat like legatob would show up and unmask me.

So is no one going to do me this favor? Toups? Anybody?

It will be quite fun!
