Oh, well, I thought you meant the government had a hand in helping out tragic, long distance lovers. Why, that doesn't sound like the United States of America at all!

It's not about paying so much as I have no place to board him up, as he is deathly allergic to my dogs. Hotels are expensive and inconvenient.

Depends on where you plan to stay. Food here is not expensive if you don't eat at fancy places, hotels are fairly average (about $99 a night for a nice one), but if you want to crash at Palatka it'd be free, obviously. You'd just have to wake up next to a shirtless Booji or Toups. 200 is pretty damn good for a plane ticket.

Does anyone have a problem with the latter? I am trustworthy and good with money. Also I will be donating about 100 bucks myself plus taking care of your food.

Guys Carl had to refund your money because Paypal was being a douche and making him prove that he is actually a charitable organization, probably because he is foreign, so if you want I can set something up to where you can send the money to me and I can give it to him. How annoying. Do they do this to all places that have a donate button?

Yeah Paypal is a bunch of bullshit. There is nothing that says that their donation service is reserved to tax exempt charitable organizations otherwise they'd make you fill out extensive paper work and investigate you before you could sign up for it. I am sure these webcomics and other sites are pulling it more than 200 dollars, and they so far haven't had to prove that they were such an organization otherwise Paypal would suspend their accounts. They probably thought Carl is scamming someone because he is from Europe.
