Well, I don't know if Tim will be down with this. A lot of traditional Mexican food uses lard and such even in dishes without meat. So yeah, depends on how strict Tim is about things.

um that is going to be a bit rough on your time and budget. see when i worked at OSU, all we ate almost everyday was chipotle. well, that or subs. so yeah, i have a high tolerance for the stuff. And, you know, I like it. Of course there are quite a few decent mexican places around here, but I don't consider chipotle mexican. |

Yeah, it is expensive, but it is quick and easy, which is why i end up eating there. Most mexican places around her have fucking delicisou food, but good luck getting it fast, or having any clue what is in it (not that this bothers me at all, but it could be a reason for a vegetarian eating at chipotle). |
