blast corps guys
ok its not free roaming but it is the game that gave me the idea for a video game adaptation of "the french connection" that eventually someone stole from inside of my brain to make gta 3.
thus blast corps 2 would redefine the genre, as long as rare didn't make it.

There is a blast corps 2. Rare made it, but nintendo killed it when they couldn't figure out how to make it into a mascot game. It's currently sitting in Nintendo's vaults because the Rareware guys forgot about it while packing. |
wow really? the only stuff i can find on the internet (google) is "wow it would be cool if this game came out on 360"
it would be, though, wouldn't it? |
