On the other end of it--and apologies to PAL folks who see less reason to complain from the NA-NTSC crowd--it's not surprising to see the Japanese market still get stroked until it blows all over the radar sensor.
Seriously, the difference between the number and quality of the titles released in Japan and elsewhere is painful. It makes me wonder how much real legal precedent lies behind the whole region lock-out business, and how much of it is simple "lol gaijin want games no lol" laziness.
