Explain your signature/avatar

Avatar: Medicine Seller from the animes Ayakashi Classic Japanese Horror Nekomata chapter and Mononoke. I was only in love with two male anime characters ever and those were Kai from Beyblade and him. I had to keep watching the anime just because of him. I just wanted to see more of his gestures, mimics and actions. I'm using this avatar because the Konata avatar got removed from imageshack and I think Medicine Seller is someone most of the people here would like.

Signature: It was a subtitle on a lucky star picture in a anime review. You saw lots of people being all sweaty because of the heat and Konata using a book to create some wind below her skirt. She has no shame and so her life is much more enjoyable. I'm using this signature because there are multiple reasons why it fits into this community. For one the word 'easy mode' which is a general arcade gamer term. For two that I'm also lik this, making my life easier by completely ignoring any feeling of shame. And for three because I think that a normal discussion in SB is very similar to a normal discussion in lucky star, although most people here don't like lucky star because of the moe aspect.

didn't put much effort into these yet, since i just joined... avatar is 'cause i like Metroid and SNES sprite art. quote is from the Mountain Goats song 'Lovecraft In Brooklyn', which is also a username i use sometimes... not here, for some reason
my name is weird... i used to be called The Lord of Nothings when i was 15... i made it up myself. some people on other forums abbreviated it to tLoN or LoN, which annoyed me... until i got into Borges and ripped off Tlon from another forum that ripped it off from 'Tlon Uqbar, Orbis Tertius' (one of my fave short stories)

I changed mine for the first time in ages, then went through about five different ones in the space of 24hrs.

It's a stoat, from a picture in the stoat appreciation thread which I posted from a search on flickr for stoats.

I think we all know the sig is the creator (contested boss name) from Ikaruga being asploded.

the flash bit will change from time to time.

I think I prefer my old orange square and densha de go train.

I really, Really, REALLY like Ikaruga. As in, it's one of the few games I can be said to "love". Yeah that sounds gay, but something about it just pushes all the right buttons. The music, most likely.

The sig is from our favorite faux-moralistic FPS adventure. Could it be any more perfect for this place?

The face of the hero taken from a painting by some guy of a fun play by eurypides. He just looks so completely undignified, like he just saw a guy have fuck with a donkey the hard way. It doesn't really reflect the unrighteous agony he's forced through by Aphrodite and all. He just looks like a dork told that his parents are going to divorce.
