What does it take to start a career as a baker/pastry chef for coffee shops?
I just graduated with a bachelor's in an entirely unrelated field, but I love baking and making candy. Whats the fastest track to making excellent goods for shops? Do you have advice for this type of catering? If you are a baker/pastry chef, tell me everything about your experience getting to a professional status.

Project: get videogame developers to make Let's Play vids of their own games.

they gave him a monster truck announcer voice in the first few episodes but it totally screwed up the tone of the show so they gave up trying

You know when I saw the thread title, I thought it would be Itoi talking about that 3DO RPG involving a chef - saying he loved it or something. Then I realised, that was called Grand Chef. I've never heard of Iron Chef before.
