stacks are very useful. quicklook is amazing, no doubt, just tap the spacebar.
"spaces" or virtual desktops, as they're known to anyone who's run linux since 1997, are pretty standard.
new dock is nice. I'm runnin' this on a Core2Duo, very very snappy. Faster than Tiger. Safari launches in one second, maybe less..
Quicksilver always shows up in the dock now, though, that's pretty annoying.
I live in a house with a lot of Samba shares. The new finder is much, much, better. I haven't tried Time machine yet. Cover flow is very quick, a lot quicker than I thought it'd be!
No notes sync to iPhone, lame. _________________

| i just noticed that when you click on a filename to change the name of the file, when it shifts into edit mode only the name of the is highlighted -- it leaves the period and the file extension be. man! that took a while for those genius software engineers to figure out, i swear! |
So if one actually DOES want to change the extension, how does one do it? |
