So youtube is worthless now. They're cracking down HARD on copyrighted clips. Has any site sprung up that's run in russia or something that lets you post tv show clips? The pirate bay guys should get working on this.

yeah i've become a big fan of stage6 in the last few months.

not that this is the main reason why, but if you keep a daily eye on the forums at quicksilverscreen.com you'll catch a lot of movies and tv in pretty great quality before it gets taken off. and, since it's divx, it's more than suitable for keeping and watching later in a dvd player.

but a new you tube is exactly how i treat stage6. there's a lot of different stuff there -- just not as much of it as at you tube yet. give it a year or two, i figure.

For me, the main use of youtube was to get talk show clips that you missed. A quick look at Stage 6 doesn't show any Daily Show/Colbert Report stuff, so it's not that useful.
